Rabble & Sage
Rebellious Celtic Folk Music
in the Pacific Northwest
Folk Music Rooted in Ancient Rebellion, For Renaissance Faires, Pubs and Events
Founded in 2022 from a group of seasoned musicians and Renaissance Faire performance, Rabble and Sage focuses on the rebel soul of Celtic Music.
The goal this time, is to raise the voices of the less fortunate through history.
Rabble and Sage plays a lot of the usual Celtic folk standards, but our emphasis is on songs about the struggles of the common folk and about communities working together. We have old workers’ songs from the periods of the Tudor and Stewart dynasties, as well as Acadian and early British colony music.
